Sunflower Garlic Mincer
Sunflower garlic mincer/hors d'oeuvres tray, handcrafted by Ken of KV Studio in Hood River, Oregon.
All you have to do is rub a peeled clove of garlic across the center teeth of the tray, mincing the garlic. Pour in some extra virgin olive oil, and dip French bread slices or cubes into the garlic/oil mixture. For added zing, add a little balsamic vinegar or spices to the garlic and oil.
Each piece of pottery by Ken is individually fashioned on the potter's wheel. All pieces are hand-painted with lead free glazes. Microwave and dishwasher safe, but not for use on stovetop or over direct flame. For best results, avoid sudden temperature changes.
